Hi there! I’m Rhonda, and I’m excited to share my journey and passion for health and wellness with you. As a dancer from childhood to my late 20s, I was always incredibly active.
The world of dance kept me constantly moving, but it also came with a mindset focused on diets and restriction. I had little knowledge of how to use food as fuel for my body.
Everything changed when I turned 39 and discovered the gym culture. I fell in love with the strength and empowerment that came with lifting weights. Bodybuilding became my new passion, and it made me more in tune with my body than ever before. I was determined to understand how to fuel my body properly and support my newfound love for fitness. However, as menopause approached, my body started to change in ways I hadn’t anticipated.
The physical and emotional shifts were challenging, but they also sparked a deeper curiosity in me. I wanted to know more about how nutrition and exercise could help me navigate this new phase of life.
This journey led me to become an accredited Life Coach and Nutritionist. I am now passionate about not only using nutrition to fuel our bodies and balance hormones but also understanding how our minds are affected during these transitions.
I believe in a holistic approach that considers the interconnectedness of body, mind, and spirit. Today, I am dedicated to helping women like you embrace their health journeys with confidence and vitality.
